Since 2024, he has been appearing together with Dr. Behrad – both share their expertise through joint lectures.

Dr. Faramarz Pakravan hat als Referent vom 1. bis 3. Juni 2022 am 13. Internationalen Kolorektal-Kongress (Beckenboden- und Kontinenzstörungen) an der Universität Shiraz, Iran, teilgenommen.
Er erzählt in seiner Spezialvorlesung über Entleerungsstörungen mit begleitender Obstipation (ODS): Ätiologie, Untersuchung, Dauer der konservativen Behandlung und Zeitpunkt der Entscheidung zur chirurgischen Behandlung.
Internationaler koloproktologischer Kongress (reine Online-Veranstaltung)
Am 5. Februar 2022 veranstaltet Dr. Pakravan seinen 1. Internationalen Koloproktologischen Kongress, aufgrund der pandemischen Entwicklung als reine Online-Veranstaltung.

Kongress der Deutschen Kontinenz-Gesellschaft
Am 06.11.2021 beim 32 Jährigen Kongress der Deutschen Kontinenz-Gesellschaft stellte Dr. Pakravan seine neuen Ergebnisse zur Operation der Stuhlinkontinenz „Ventrale pelvioanale Rekonstruktion (VPAR)“ vor.
Internationale Webinar-Kongresse im Iran
Dr. Pakravan nahm an zwei internationalen Webinar-Kongressen im Iran teil: über die Behandlung der Stuhlinkontinenz durch sakrale Nervenstimulation und die durch das humane Papillomavirus (HPV) induzierten Erkrankungen bei analer intraepithelialer Neoplasie.

Dr. (IR) Faramarz Pakravan nahm am internationalen Kongress im Iran teil und hielt auf dem ASCRS in den USA (Boston) 2 Postervorträge:

- Supraanal Anoderm Preserving Hemorrhoidectomy
Dr. Pakravan baute von Okt. 2018 bis Juli 2021 die Abteilung für Koloproktologie am Maria-Hilf-Krankenhaus Krefeld (Alexianer) auf.
